We are the Moshier's! We are just your average American family. We like baseball, and swimming. We have a lab, and two cats. We have bills and work hard. And, like a rapidly growing number of families in the US, we are trying o adjust to life with food and environmental allergies. Intolerences, if you want to get picky.
Makayla is intolerant to CORN, legumes (soy, beans, peanuts, sprouts), dairy, eggs, and tree nuts. And, this is our journey to find and share affordable, simple, and easy ways to live with out these ingredients, as we learn about food and our environments.
